We were fortunate to have Robin Gitman as our REALTOR.  Unlike many agents who talk endlessly about themselves and how great they are Robin is the consummate listener.   She carefully asks questions and really listens; probes for clarification and then systematically searches and evaluates all market possibilities.  She does not, like many REALTORS, focus on her own listings, those of her colleagues or those with bonus commissions.  Instead she patiently focuses on the needs and wants of her client and never gets flustered.  If a client is not sure what they want she offers advice but never imposes herself in key decisions.  She will endlessly search out information for clarification and has the experience to judge if what is provided as answers makes sense or not.  When negotiations become protracted she remains diligent and professional, never giving up, but always maximizing the interest of her client.  We found Robin to be a refreshing, professional and delightful agent to work with.   Having bought and sold many homes in the past, Robin surpassed all other REALTORS in terms of knowledge, experience, patience and putting our interest first.  It would be a grave mistake to work with an inexperienced real estate agent or an agent that starts by showing only their listings (your first warning sign) so we highly recommend Robin who sets the bar higher than all the agents we have ever met.
